Our Story

Built on patience, sharp ingredients and a stubborn refusal to cut corners

Twin Eagle Brewing Company started with a simple conviction: Ann Arbor deserved a brewery that treated every batch like a promise. No shortcuts. No mass-production compromises. Just good beer, made deliberately, in a space where people actually want to linger.

Our 10-barrel system sits at the heart of the Raymond Street taproom — you can watch the boil, smell the hops, and see the care that goes into each pour. We source locally whenever possible, rotate our guest taps to give other Michigan brewers a platform, and keep the kitchen running with flatbreads and small plates that actually complement the beer.

House

Twin Eagle Pale Ale

Crisp, hop-forward, and endlessly drinkable. Citrus and pine notes lead to a clean, dry finish. Our signature — and the one that started it all.

Raymond Street Pilsner

A nod to our neighborhood — golden, delicately bitter, with a whisper of bread crust from the Pilsner malt. Refreshing in every sense of the word.

Seasonal

Eagle's Flight IPA

Double-dosed with American and Pacific Northwest hops. Tropical fruit, grapefruit peel, and a resinous backbone that lingers. Not for the faint of heart.

Midnight Owl Stout

Dark as the Ann Arbor night. Notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and toasted oats. Silky mouthfeel, warming finish — a winter staple that somehow works year-round.
